The new Jerky & Sticks collection is now live on THE JERKY, bringing every NAKOTNE jerky and meat stick we sell into one place. With the mix boxes alongside, our whole NAKOTNE range is in the catalogue, so you can compare classic jerky, softer meat sticks and mix boxes before choosing the pack that fits the moment.

The collection brings together beef, pork and chicken snacks. Whether you are choosing a work snack, planning a road trip, looking for something to share or putting together a gift box, it makes the range easier to browse. Every NAKOTNE snack we sell is dried and hot-smoked, and made in Latvia by the IFS Food certified meat processor SIA "Gaļas pārstrādes uzņēmums Nākotne" from EU-origin meat.

What is inside the collection?

The collection covers several snack styles, each with a different texture and flavour profile, and the mix boxes complete the range:

Beef jerky for a firmer, classic dried-meat bite, in four flavours: Original, Barbeque, Teriyaki and Jalapeño. It takes 210 g of beef to make 100 g of Original, and 153 g for each of the other three.
Beef sticks for a softer, easy-to-carry snack format, in three flavours: Original, Cheese & Chives and Thai Sweet Chilli, with 170 g of beef for every 100 g.
Pork snacks: Pork Jerky Original, made from pork loin (250 g of pork for every 100 g), and pork sticks in three flavours: Bacon, Paprika and Sour Cream & Onion (160 g of pork for every 100 g).
Chicken Sticks for a milder meat snack, made from chicken fillet (179 g of chicken for every 100 g), in the same 8 × 35 g pack format.
Mix Sets (a collection of their own) for tasting, sharing and gifting: Party Mix, Stick Mix and Beef Mix.

How to choose your pack

If you like a firmer texture and a more traditional jerky experience, start with the beef or pork jerky. If you prefer a softer snack that is easy to open, portion and carry, the stick range is a practical choice for everyday use.

For first-time tasting, the mix boxes are the easiest starting point. They let you try several flavours in one box and work well for sharing at home, bringing to a gathering, or giving as a simple snack gift.

Made for everyday snacking

Every product in the range comes in a convenient 8 × 35 g pack, so it is easy to keep at home, take to work, bring on the road or add to a weekend plan. Unopened packs keep without a fridge until the best-before date printed on the pack, usually 12–24 months from production for jerky and 12 months for meat sticks. Store them at +2 to +25 °C, finish an opened pouch within 72 hours, and remember that the small oxygen absorber inside is not edible.
