2. Website and sales platform

The online store is operated by SIA SmartBuy, trading as THE JERKY. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform, hosting, checkout and related technical services. The sale of products is concluded directly between the customer and SIA SmartBuy.

3. Products

We sell sealed packaged meat snacks, including beef jerky, pork jerky, chicken jerky, beef sticks, pork sticks, chicken sticks and mixed meat snack boxes. Product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, net quantity, best-before information and storage instructions are provided on the product page and/or on the product packaging.

Customers must check the product label and packaging before consuming any food product, especially if they have allergies, dietary restrictions or health-related concerns.

4. Consumer questions and complaints

For questions about orders, delivery, returns, refunds, damaged goods, incorrect goods or product information, contact us first at info@beefjerky.world. Please include your order number and relevant photos where applicable.

Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC) or another competent consumer protection authority in their country of residence. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
